Welcome to the new Albemarle County Circuit Court Clerk secure remote access site. The office has switched vendors to Logan Systems effective July 24, 2017. The Cott secure remote access site will be turned off at the end of the month and will have no data entered after July 21, 2017.
Register your name for our new Property Notification site. You will be able to register to be notified by e-mail if a document with the requested name is filed in our office. The site will provide instructions and additional details. This service is free.
If you are a new user of the site, please complete the appropriate application provided below. Single users, whether individuals or businesses should use the Single User Application and Agreement. Business entities that have two or more users should use the Multiple User Application and Agreement. Finally, Albemarle County government users should use the Government User Application and Agreement. Fully executed agreements should be delivered by hand, mail, or overnight delivery service to the Clerks office. Payments shall be made directly to the Clerk's office.
